Assembly Bill 190 allows a tax check-off in support of California Rape Crisis Centers to appear on all state tax statements, offering an opportunity for everyone to donate to the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) has passed. The Governor signed the bill into law Wednesday, August 31, 2005.
