Assembly Bill 190
allows a tax check-off in support of California Rape Crisis Centers to appear on all state tax statements, offering an opportunity for everyone to donate to the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) has passed. The Governor signed the bill into law Wednesday, August 31, 2005.

Assembly Bill 488
now requires that persons required to register as sex offenders be posted on the California Attorney General’s web site, linked below. You can search by zip to learn who is residing in your community in a detailed format which includes names and photographs.
